Thursday, April 29, 2010 is National Poem in Your Pocket Day. 2 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Carry a favorite poem in your pocket. The 'Poem Patrol' will be choosing people at random to share their poem. If you have one, and you read it aloud (INCLUDE THE TITLE AND POET), you will be given a ticket to enter the drawing.
Winners receive a free large pizza from GUY'S PIZZA!
2. Click on the discussion tab above and share your favorite poem. You must type out at least one verse from the poem. INCLUDE THE TITLE AND POET. Make sure your username is your last name, first initial, and grade. Posting must be complete by the end of the school day on April 30th. You will also be entered into the drawing to win a free large pizza from GUY'S PIZZA!
