However, I'm well aware that some people don't enjoy reader as much as I do. I don't know if the reasons I'm about to expose of why should we read will change their point of view toward books a little, but I'll do my best. My first reason is because reading improves your imagination, even if you're old, your imagination can get back to life and shine like a little kid's thanks to a book. You create a world in your mind that you and only you can enjoy of. My second reason is because books can teach us many lessons, not necessary academic lessons but lessons about life. We can learn from books things that we'll never ever know. We make our lifes even richer when we read a good book. Books can become our best friends in times when we want to be alone. They take our mind to another direction and give us an enjoyable time. I really recomend for people to read, believe me, you might not regret it. Right now I'm starting to read the book "Angels and Demons" from Dan Brown, also author of the best seller "The Davinci Code" and even though I'm just in page 80 out of 700 something I am 200% sure that it'll be a wonder of literature just like the first one was. So these were my reasons of why people should enter the world of literature, I hope they helped a little.","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[],"more":0}]},{"id":"10824928","dateCreated":"1238725217","smartDate":"Apr 2, 2009","userCreated":{"username":"colemank9","url":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/view\/colemank9","imageUrl":"https:\/\/ssl.wikicdn.com\/i\/user_none_lg.jpg"},"monitored":false,"locked":false,"links":{"self":"https:\/\/northhighlibrary.wikispaces.com\/share\/view\/10824928"},"dateDigested":1532427921,"startDate":null,"sharedType":"discussion","title":"roller coaster thrilll ride","description":"Looking back in memory lane I honestly believe I've never read a book more exciting, more thrilling, more suspensul and nerve cracking than "Cell" by the master of horror Stephen King. When I'm saying that there was action from the very first to the last page I'm not joking, I mean it. This book managed what only very few ones had, to keep me at the edge of my seat and keep me in total suspense. I never knew what was going to happen on the next page. I couldn't put the book down, I just kept reading on and on, I think I finished it in only 4 days. From my point of view I think that "Cell" is one the most bone chilling and suspenseful books there is. I recomend this book to all audiences because I believe it was a marvelous book and it was sucha treat for me to read it. If you, dear reader, enjoy of reading suspense and scary books, you're in for a wild ride with Cell.","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[],"more":0}]},{"id":"10785060","dateCreated":"1238675892","smartDate":"Apr 2, 2009","userCreated":{"username":"gauvinl","url":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/view\/gauvinl","imageUrl":"https:\/\/ssl.wikicdn.com\/i\/user_none_lg.jpg"},"monitored":false,"locked":false,"links":{"self":"https:\/\/northhighlibrary.wikispaces.com\/share\/view\/10785060"},"dateDigested":1532427921,"startDate":null,"sharedType":"discussion","title":"light reading","description":"For great vacation reading, try David Sedaris. Somerset Maugham. I got very good references from it so I started reading it. Little will I know that this book will become one of my all time favorites. The storyline, the characters, simply everything in it captivated my attention. This book not only taught me a lesson about life, but it also extended my vocabulary to another level. When I first started reading it I honestly thought it will just be another normal book, but as I got more involved into the story my interest grew bigger everytime to the point that I didn't want to put the book down. Reading this marvelous book reminded of those wise words that said: "Don't judge a book by its cover". Probably many people won't like this book but I considered a masterpiece of literature and considered the the author a genius. I've always loved reading because I not only learn stuff but also because it makes my imagination very rich, I'm loooking forward into reading another good book like "The Razor's Edge". :):)","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[],"more":0}]},{"id":"10758650","dateCreated":"1238609358","smartDate":"Apr 1, 2009","userCreated":{"username":"lschueren12","url":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/view\/lschueren12","imageUrl":"https:\/\/ssl.wikicdn.com\/i\/user_none_lg.jpg"},"monitored":false,"locked":false,"links":{"self":"https:\/\/northhighlibrary.wikispaces.com\/share\/view\/10758650"},"dateDigested":1532427922,"startDate":null,"sharedType":"discussion","title":"girls read too","description":"Everyone should read. These books are realy good and I'd definently recommend this book to anyone who likes medieval settings and like to read. The author is George R. R.
